Transformation
The theme this week is transformation.
Transformation
I don’t take the word “transformational” lightly.
Transformation literally means to change from one way of being to another.
Like a caterpillar into a 🦋
I literally transformed how I approached my everyday job when I developed the mindset of focusing on being significant over being successful.
From short term to long term results.
From task delegation to delegating for growth.
From seeking approval from others to aligning with others.
From happiness defined by bosses to happiness according to me.
This transformation occurred in my 1st career and long before I became a leadership coach.
In retrospect, I now realize how amazingly easy it was to shift my mindset and transform into a more effective leader and manager.
Transformation feels risky, but is it?
What is the risk of not changing?
When have you made a mindset shift which transformed you from one way of being to another?

The Transformational Power of Coaching
Transformation isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a profound shift from one way of being to another.
It’s at the core of what I help my clients achieve.
Transformation isn’t easy, but it’s essential if you want to:
- Become a better leader
- Perform at a higher level
- Find more fulfillment and happiness
- Leave a legacy, not just an estate
In my executive coaching programs, which span over six months, we embark on a journey of Discovery.
We create a Leadership Development Plan tailored to your unique needs and then implement that plan step-by-step.
Transformation is a bold and appropriate word for the deep, personal development work we do together.
It isn’t a quick fix.
Imagine discovering your blind spots, improving your emotional fluency, and taking actions that align with your true self.
Imagine developing an authentic Executive Presence that others recognize for its passion, vision, integrity, and courage.
Are you ready to transform?
Let’s start this journey together.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
When I think of transformation, I think of this quote:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
