We use the enneagram personality style assessment to provide leaders with insight into their inner motivations, strengths, and self-defeating behaviors. The enneagram invites us to look deep within, to explore why we might feel lost, unsatisfied, or stuck, and how we could change those circumstances. As we become more aware of our limiting beliefs, we gain perspective and transform into a less limited, more authentic way of being in the world. Ken Roseboom is a certified practitioner for both individual and team enneagram assessments by Integrative9. He leverages learnings from enneagram assessments in both individual coaching and team development support.
